Nightingale Community Portal
Not sure if it's something to do with my game, but I've found 3 un-maned carriages in Swamp realms in the water (the one that essence traders generally stand by), with different cards/resets, and all three of them create a deep pool of water that requires swimming.
Edit - Adding a photo of the edge of the area, where it's visible that there is a drop off.
