I quit halfway through the boss fight because i got overwhelmed - when i logged back in to give it another go the boss killed me (was still at the partially lost health i had gotten it down to) bit then got stuck and doesn't move or attack just makes noises and the "breathing" animation. I'm unable to trigger the boss fight again i've logged out and logged back in, I've closed the game and re-opened it - the boss is still missing the same portion of health and stuck in the same place. leaving and re-entering didn't fix it. im unsure what to do as i can no longer progress.

Hey everyone!
Our development team was able to get a fix for Sheliak's Yoke in the last couple patches. With no new reports coming in we’re going to be closing this post as ‘Closed’.

Thank you to everyone who was able to provide us with information helping to resolve this.
Extremely frustrating encounter. I agree with everyone else that the IMMUNE boss is an issue and it has stalled me from finishing this realm and moving forward. What is up with the pillars though?!? Are they necessary for the fight? Each one says it takes 6 "Ore", but it's not an ore from anywhere else in the realm. I found 3 points I could mine in the Sheliak room but even with Oberon's Bounty cast, I only received 9 of whatever ore it is, and that was only enough to build 1 pillar. I decided to break one pillar with my Mining Pick and it gave me 3 ore. Not a lot of explanation for this room.
Sheliak froze up in the boss battle at Welkin's Reach. I was unable to damage it and it did not move. When I teleported out then back Sheliak was not in the room. I have tried sleeping and playing other parts of the map but nothing changes the room remains empty.
I encountered something similar though it happened mid fight without me logging in or out, The solution that did unlock it for me was to return to the crossroads via the map and then return to the chamber where the boss had reset.
I have the same issue. The boss became glitched on the blue rune. It just sat there making noise and I couldn't attack it. I teleported back to my respite and went back hoping that would reset the boss. The boss was no longer there at all so I can not progress in the game. I tried restarting the game, closing and reopening the portal. There is no longer a boss for me to fight....
Potential solutions to this issue:
First, while within the fight, talk to follower: set behavior to attack not allowed, follow you, unequip their weapon if necessary. Lead them away from Sheliak, come back at a different angle, and hit her yourself. Follower and Sheliak sometimes get stuck and stare at each other through what they think is a barrier. This might allow the fight to continue as normal. If she moves and begins to fight again, you can enable Follower's attack again.
If that doesn't work, try a long sleep within the realm. This is supposed to reset the boss. Sometimes it simply despawns her, however. If it despawns her, teleport to either respite or crossways, and do a long sleep there, then come back and try to fight Sheliak again.
Resetting the realm from a gate is something of a final option: as someone else says, it resets progress on the zone, and you can't get the observatory buff again. You might need to redo the altars again too, if you opt to take that path. But you can enter the Well again: aim yourself for a controlled fall through the top of the Well, to land somewhere on the solid ground at the bottom/sides. As long as you land on the walkway circles, you should be res'd, and can activate the teleport pad + do the puzzle to open the doors again, then engage the boss as normal.
I'm also encountering this
I attempted the following to work around it with no success
Zoned out and back in, boss simply disappeared and would not respawn
Slept both out of the realm and in the realm, also no change
Reset the realm, tried to get back to the boss but the teleport points were gone, Observatory is locked, NPC questlines are all still showing the Sheliak fight stage, I was able to clear all 3 downed airships again, but can't read the books at each one so the observatory never opens up. Can't get the buff to survive the anomaly and pick up the teleport again.
Happened to me too, that's what brought me here, this is progression breaking.
Commenting to add for a fix.
Sleeping in a realm resets bosses - so if you long sleep in Welkins, and let her reset, the fight should go normally.
I've seen one report that a player had to do this 2 times, but only one.
Everyone else upon reset everything was fine and proceeded normally.
Happened to me, using Fionn's Wrath and it appeared that the stun/knockback during specific animations was what caused it to lock for me.

I am also having the exact same issue, the boss is not moving and stuck on IMMUNE. I tried relogging, and leaving and coming back. Has anyone found a fix for this?
I haven't reset my Welkin's Reach realm yet, but I wanted to add my input. I also got about 1/3 of the way through Sheliak's Yoke's Health before the boss got stuck on Immune and stopped moving. My follower was just wailing on it with his maul, pushing it ever so slowly across the room with staggers while I wandered around rebuilding the Pillars with whatever Ore I could gather without the boss throwing their rocks at me anymore. I decided to leave the room and try to get the offerings done at the three Altars hoping the change in quest states would jog the boss into action again, but this time when I entered the boss room, it was empty. The Pillars I had built still stood, but the boss was nowhere to be found. I'm about to reset the Welkin's Reach Realm to see if that fixes anything.
Go back to respite and when you go to open the portal Reset the realm. you do have to do everything over again but you do get all the essence again and should be able to fight the boss.
I have progressed this by doing it with a friend through their questline.
I just tried to go back to respite and sleep to try and reset it - and i got back, only the boss isn't here now and it's not spawning and the exit door to the room is also locked. so i still can't progress.
