Pushed under the map after logging in

Yesterday I logged out after sleeping in the Settlement of my Abeyance realm. When I logged back in today there was what looked like a graphics bug showing part of the cave wall and floor was missing. I moved to look from a different angle and ended up pushed down/falling through the map into water and had to fast travel back to The Crossways to get out. After fast travelling to the Crossways I ran back to the Settlement to check out the area again. This time everything seemed normal.

I had slept and logged out on one of the bedrolls on the raised area behind where Graeme Turner stands.
