This game could really do with a photo mode like Red Dead Redemption 2 and Fallout 76 has. Camera filters, zooming and more emotes/poses for characters for example. I think it would be a popular feature and would be useful for the contests in the Discord server and just in general.
To add to this: We 100% need full lens features, as another commenter has suggested. No Man's Sky and Once Human also have camera modes that modify weather and time of day. Having functionality like that would be extremely amazing for us photographer types.
This. I love taking screenshots in games, and Nightingale is so dang beautiful. We should be able to do more. I'd even be happy with a simple photo mode of sorts. Would also help giving our characters just idle animations so that they're not just standing there still and completely straight.
I would hope for a more fleshed-out camera suite than I recall Red Dead having, like aperture and white balance, depth of field, character poses and facial expression settings, head look pinned to camera movement, etc The pretty in-depth one from Death Stranding comes to mind, NMS is pretty OK, Max Rez photos like Gran Turismo 7, Horizon Zero Dawn, etc.
