Stamina cost for fishing is very unbalanced

The stamina requirements to catch fish could use some work. 145 stamina is more than enough to get one to the top of a mountain using nothing but climbing picks to hoist yourself up a sheer rock face, but not enough to reel in a trout?

I tried fishing for over half an hour, hooked countless standard early-game fish, and caught exactly one.

I then put away my fishing pole and killed a wolf for meat instead, because no one who participates in life outside of gaming has time for one fish in 30 minutes lol

    I agree.

I think it would be a little easier with a higher grade rod and more attack power, but I don't think it's the only problem.

I think the fish recovering energy is a mistake.

I would like to see the fish go back to not recovering like they used to.

The fish species themselves seem to have increased by more than one species in the same area, and because of that the time needed to catch the fish you are after has also increased.

So I have the impression that it has just become too much trouble.

Not only do the Fish heal so fast, but you can end up hooking a very high level fish right in the Abeyance Realm (level 20) and it's basically impossible to reel in because you have to manage your Stamina and let it recover so you don't run out. But when you're not reeling and consuming Stamina, the fish heal at a mad speed.

Kindly revert to the pre-RR version where the fish did not heal.
