Being forced to place lights and decor onto snap points on ceilings and walls limits creativity and can be infuriating when trying to fit a window AND a light on the same wall

Yeah I like the idea of multiple snap points that allow us to center or offset it at various points on the wall, including some snap points with height variation.
Yes! I would love free placement and "Grid" on off for snapping. The Gardening plots would be so much easier to deal with if they snapped but I also want to be able to place the decorative ones wherever. Same with lights and shelves.
I prefer the idea of keeping the snap points as it makes it much easier to keep all or your lights uniform and at the same height. However More snap points or even the ability to move the height of the snap point would be pretty awesome.
I'd like to maintain light snap points as an option, even if a free place is added.
Re the dimness of the lights, the Lumen - GI setting may be impacting that. It can make it quite dark.
I agree, it is near impossible to light up fancy builds because of restricted snap points, as well as the light radius being too small. please change these if possible
