Currently chandelliers hang so close to the ceiling that they don't provide much light down below, and don't get much visibility for appreciating their designs.
Please make it possible to change the height of chandelliers similar to how it can be done for placing foundations. This will help to increase the light coverage (the ceilings aren't where we walk, so don't need so much there), increase their visibility as objects, and justify their existence in rooms with higher ceilings; chandelliers are primarily a high-ceiling fixture, but they hug the ceiling and lose their usefulness in that regard.

Some chandeliers already hang so low you can collide with the bottom, forcing you to actually go around.
Overall I would just prefer that chandeliers (and other light furnishings) can give off more light. A single chandelier placed on a second floor roof should still actually cast a decent amount of light on the first floor.
