When so much of the progress is gated behind next-to-impossisible searching of vertical structures that has the player fall down over and over, having to just stand around while waiting for a broken bone to heal is just adding insult to injury. After three whole days of trying to find the way forward, this is really starting to get annoying.

check if realm card affects gravity and clense if it's the case .. and for broken legs, the injury salve does wonders.
