Sending your logs and an F2 screenshot will help us fix bugs. These will not be displayed publicly on the portal.
Hold the Windows key and press R.
This will bring up a run dialog window.
Enter: %localappdata%\nwx\saved\Logs in the text box and click ok.
This should bring you to the folder with your log files.
Please attach the NWX file and up to the 2 most recent (if available) backup files to the issue report
If possible, please include an F2 screenshot. This gives us important information about your system and the game.
Load into the character you are having issues with

How to provide a DXDiag file?
A DXDiag, short for DirectX Diagnostic Tool, will provide information in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues related to graphics, sound, and performance.
To create a DxDiag file:
Press Win+ R to open a Run Dialog window.
Type "dxdiag" (without the quotation marks) and press enter.
If it asks you to check if your drivers are digitally signed, click either 'yes' or 'no' based on your preference.
Wait for the tool to gather information, it will pop open a window when it is complete.
Click on the "Save All Information" button
Save the file somewhere you can easily access (such as your desktop)
- Attach the file and send to Inflexion as directed to the support ticket/email
How do I update my game?
In both Steam and Epic Games platforms, Nightingale should automatically notify you of updates, but there may be occasions when you may have to manually ensure you’re running the latest version of the game.
Steam:
Right-click on the game in your library.
Navigate to Properties > Installed Files.
Click on "Verify integrity of game files”
Epic Games:
Reboot your computer
