Issue was my fault, had a word in the search bar that hid everything.

Build Stave Roof Valley. Attempt to properly snap Stave Half Gable End to both ends. One end does not snap correctly. Manual rotation is not possible.

As you can see in the image attached, I can't place a wall on an upper floor if it's not directly ontop of another wall or pillar even when one side of it has a support structure.This is ridiculous.
