Always show a Recruit pointer

Not just on the compass but a pointer at the edge of the screen if they are off-screen. Sometimes they run off and it's hard to tell where they are until you are close enough to get a nameplate.

Replace Traders with side mission npcs for loot

Traders are useless now. The items can easily be found out in the world for free. I suggest replacing them with timed side missions for special items like in Assassins Creed Valhalla.
