Unable to open ascended herbarium and forest world!!!!!

The world portal and the created portals (old and new) no longer open.

When reviewing a portal's destination, it is showing my Abeyance Realm's minor card & not the minor card affecting the destination Realm. Haven't verified if happens in other Realms.

The Game has set all my portals to Extreme difficult and cannot change.

After months of it supposedly being fixed, my alternate character still can't leave the swamp tutorial biome. The portal to abeyance refuses to open.
