PC+ Controller. When destroying cairn and building it somewhere else the function to fast travel "transport to the refuge" transport you where the refuge used to be where you had first put your cairn instead of where your refuge actually is.

When using climbing picks (sometimes), character stucks in "invisible tube". By this I mean I can jump up and switch weapons, but I cant move (on any direction). "Help I'm Stuck"-button doesn't solve this issue. Only restart solves this issue.
