Companion disappeared after equipping new weapon.

After the most recent update my Tier 3 augments do not work. Even after destroying the augment and re building it the buff does not show up on the work station i am using.

The recruited NPC of my party member is still in game when my party is offline, however their facial hair is visible, leading to a "floating beard" in the respite

Boss rush is just really neat and I love the new weapons and changes.

At some point during playing I was unable to pick up new items from the ground or from chests. My weight limit is not reached and this did not happen after a loading screen. Trying to pull items from chests into my inventory does not move the item...
