I have 2 quests both called "A New Rumor" that ask me to talk to Wilhelmina Sasse about new rumors, but she does not have any. These 2 quests can not be completed.

I have completed all 3 Bastilles of Might marked on the map and am only getting credit for 2.

Playing through Boss Rush in PTR, went to Map and clicked return to crossways and spawned at 90 degrees to the floor. Tried again a few times, but just spawned the exact same way.
