The upgrades keep resetting every time I log in the game, so every time I have to break and build again, to activate

I fell through the world, screenshot attached, the help im stuck got me out but i died the first time.

When I open the guidebook, it says no entries for codex, crafting or building.

When going to put multiple fuel types on any crafting station or fire that requires it, can only put 1 type up to 25, other slots will not accept anything.

When I'm trying to play, my held items keep switching. For example, I was trying to stay dry in the swamp but my umbrella randomly switches to something else in my hotbar, and it continually keeps "scrolling" and switching gear in my hands.

I am not sure if this is a bug or if I haven't moved into a high enough realm. Before realms rebuilt you could find Iron ore in the swamp realms. Now I find salt in the swamp realms which used to only be findable in desert realms. I haven't moved ...

Logged off last night with 2-300 ore being smelted. The entire simple smelter is gone along with all ingots.
