The first slot of my consumables consistently unequips itself. I am not sure when it is happening, I notice it most often when I am unpacking inventory and opening and closing storage containers upon returning to respite.

I am not sure, I have been trying to force it by portal and by opening/closing storage and moving inventory but I haven't nailed down *when* it happens.
There was another post about this that had it narrowed down to happening when you double click to transfer any consumable (Whether in your consumables menu or not) into storage.
If you right click or drag/drop instead, the bug doesn't happen.
