Hitting to not accept the post-sale one-sided legal terms crashes game.
No EULA listed in Steam Store EULA section to justify this denial of service.

open game, don't agree to abusive one-sided post-sale terms like an idiot sheep, observe malicious crash

You are sold a EULA-free game on steam, but when you open the game it denies you access until you concede to additional unilateral legal terms. As of Dec 2024, there is no EULA listed on this steam store page for the game.
* Horrendous EULA *
• They can collect your personal info for advertising.
• They can use that personal info for any contract they get into in the future. (How much more "we help ourselves however we want" can you get?)
• They say they're safe because they don't know if anyone they're collecting info on is <16. They admit to assuming everyone is an adult and collecting/selling willy-nilly.
* Legal Dubiousness *
It can't be legal to sell me something and then deny me access to it unless I agree to new post-sale terms.
Developer does not need to collect PII and should be ashamed for the shady manner with which consent is FORCED and how broadly they help themselves to use of PII.
To even submit this complaint you had legal terms hidden too. You should have a free place we can submit information to you that doesn't get used for junk mail. My provided email is masked (forwards to my live email, but I can kill it if you start junk mailing me.)
Lastly, Steam says this link in your bug report thread is a malicious link. You should consider an in-game report method that sends you the provided details only. It is likely a disuader from important feedback.

To give more context, this quickly became your NUMBER ONE negative review on steam.
The next highest rated review on your game has 21 people marking it helpful and its been up a week longer.
So this negative review has 20x more people agreeing with the review and avoiding your game than the next most impactful negative review.
Do you think that says something about how people feel about post-sale legal terms?
The negative review is now at 429 people marking it helpful.
You're bleeding business from this review you're not addressing!
I should add that my negative review showcasing your post-sale EULA-related crash has received 346 "helpful" marks, 50 awards, and it's only been 3 weeks. I wonder how much other business you will lose failing to address this for so long. Here are some comments on it from other potential customers:
Outlaw Mugen: "The only DATA collection they should be allowed is : Anonymous PC Specs, Crash Report ( for bug fixes ) and maybe how you interact with the game ( to prevent cheaters ). Other than that they can stuff it. "
Gary: "thanks for the review thats an instant no buy and removal from wishlist"
