Completing a Bastille of Might does not updated progress for the quest.
You can do bastilles of might on ANY map they all count. Build a portal at your base and go to one of thr procedural realms and do them there.
Close the Portal. Put Wilkins Card in place. click Respawn Realm in lower left and accept. Open new portal. New Might Bastions will spawn.
I've got exactly the same problem with this quest, done both might locations but the quest still show 1 out of 2 . I can't progress because there is no more might places to do on this map
