Nightingale Community Portal
I defeated the bear boss, and proceded down the tunnel where I picked up the card for Welkin's Reach. There is a glowing blue pedestal there, which usually activates a portal. However, I am unable to interact with it. I suspect I will be unable to complete this quest.

I'm having the same issue. for the one after the bear fight, you can get around it by just traveling to the crossways as it lets you access the next realm. havent found a work around for the vault though.
I have left my character at the location of the portal in the quest "Bound's Lair" in Sylvans Cradle. There is no point in playing the game until this bug is fixed. So, if you need any logs from my character in a location with a non-functioning portal button, I will be able to provide them.
Changed Impact to "Cannot play or progress", because apparently no portal that is activated with the little glowing blue pedestal can be activated. Some quests in the game, such as the one to enter the Vault in Sylvans Cradle, require you to do so.
Same problem in the "Vault" in Sylvan's Cradle.
