Swamp Customization pack issue

All the customization packs sold in the Watch automatically label as "Owned" once all constituent customizations are unlocked. However, this does not seem to happen with the Swamp Creature Customization pack.

I have checked the following categories: Gem, Boss, Plant Fibre, Animal Fibre, Hide, Leather, Metal, Wood and Stone categories on my character, made a copy offline, and purchased the Swamp package. There were no new customization options unlocked in any of the above categories that I own.
