Seems like the clear screen for Magwytch Marshes mistakenly shows that I've unlocked "Welkin's Reach" major card instead of "Gloriana's Tears". The correct card is unlocked though, so no negative impact here.
Unfortunately, I can't reproduce the issue without replaying the game from scratch so I can't get more examples.
