I crafted a Dauntless Mining Pick and it was gear level 50. I infused it with a tier 3 stamina regen infusion and it became gear level 70. I then applied 3 enchantments as seen in the attached image (Track, Heal, Oberons) and it became level 90. I then attached a Charm of the Healer, but instead of the gear level becoming 96 it lowered to 76, as if the enchantments were no longer being used in the calculation.
