I can't log into steam without a VPN

Your game can't connect to steam without VPN from Crimea, steam doesn't indicate that the game is not available in my region, I paid money and am forced to play with VPN, I want to see some kind of answer, preferably as soon as possible, and fix access to regions in steam, otherwise it turns out that you are deceiving people for money
