I think a function that allows pieces to be swapped when building without having to tear down the original would be really great. Like, I currently have a house of Crude Stone, and I'm upgrading to Tudor. It would be nice if I could just put down, say, a Tudor Foundation and it just immediately replaces the Crude Stone Foundation, as opposed to having to tear away the first foundation. Doing so can cause parts of the house to fall from lack of stability and it can result in some very unfortunate situations.
