Survivor already has infinite carry weight making them stupidly good for transporting things + there's the Pepys Box, don't really see a need for it tbh.
I would be happy with this, as long as the starting amount of slots is reduced appropriately. Let it scale upward, since they have basic infinite weight. So smaller slots to start, and more later over time with better quality packs.
I like the suggestion of equipping NPCs with bags to increase their inventory slots. However, I also have concerns about the server load that this would cause. While I am not a developer, I suspect that this would create an unnecessary server load, which may explain why NPCs do not have the same 75 slots that players do.
100%. Doesn't even need to be a crazy amount like 2/3 each upgrade or something but since they have infinite weight there needs to be a reason to upgrade their backpacks!
