climbing picks make you levitate in place unable to move sometimes after climbing

i made 2 confluence potions and nowhere to be found not in my inventory or npcs nor on ground

This particular Bastille of Might in Hollowed moor after activating sent about 4-5 Bound, but did not finish round and will not allow me to progress to next round.
