I have not found a way to replace building parts with upgrade parts! This is very important to have option to replace walls and such with different style with out having to removing old styled structure.
While placing Pagoda flat roof in a new building, the inner edge attached to a floor tile "hides" the upturned corner visually but even though it looks flat, there is a collision with the tile corner. This makes it impossible to walk along that edge.
The Regency set is great but makes a glaring issue even worse....
