Automation Station Upgrades - have survivors search for higher tier items

the Automation Stations have limited list of what they gather, and after a time the stuff they gather becomes useless. Please give an upgrade path to allow our survivors gather higher tier items to give later game purpose to these stations.

Allow all Tier Essence extraction to next lower level
