After today's update I am being followed around by a floating sword, my NPC is invisible. I can still click on them, or where they should be, and access the menu, but cannot see them at all

For a while the forge card has been buggy, but after the recent update it has stopped applying its effects to any material regardless of source. I've tried making items with multiple ingot types that worked prior to the update and now do not.

I have 2 quests both called "A New Rumor" that ask me to talk to Wilhelmina Sasse about new rumors, but she does not have any. These 2 quests can not be completed.

I have no tracked quests but it says i have the max quests tracked so won't let me track a quest.

For some bound hearts, they occationally summon enemies within enclosed buildings that are not accessable and the bound cannot get out either
