I am in a Nightmare Antiquarian Desert realm and just reeled in a level 50 "Tier 3 Desert Fish" but once caught it is actually Tier 2

Died while running up a pillar on the ground, Friendly npc keeps running towards me then de-spawning resulting in me never getting revived.

Some times craft benches stop working at times. Things can be in the que but they just sit there and the timer does not move.

I can't advance his quest past "earning his trust," and I have no idea how to do that. Is it like in the earlier game where you have to hit weak points? To me, it is unclear. As a result, I can't hear any of the rumors that the abeyance side quest...

It would be great to see that custom Fae Vaults done from (assuming) respite would return you back to your respite, or wherever you opened it from. Having to be sent back to the Watch seems unnecessary given you have the travel to the Watch option...

Mystic Axe and Mystic Mining Pick are showing up backwards for applying the Charm of Mining and Charm of the Lumberjack. The Mining Pick is not showing in my inventory when I go to apply the Charm of Mining, but the Axe is. Also when I go to apply...

Just got into an Ascended Antiquarian Swamp realm and keep falling through the water, deep enough I cant climb up on anything. It is clearly an area that should be shallow.
