This appears to be A UI bug/display error. The icon for left mouse click on the refined bolt-action rifle shows the throw icon. Hovering over the icon from the inventory menu shows the throw "throw a grenade" display as well.

Contrary to what is indicated in the tool tip the Refined Axepick can not be used to mine...

In the character creation menu, the voice selection always resets to type A when switching to other options.

When exitingt o desktop, steam shows the game "stopping" until all steam processes are killed and restarted.
