In Welkin's Reach, the intellect puzzle as part of the site of power (well with floating rocks) fails regardless of the order I activate the crystals. There are three chimes and I have tried this in my initial realm and also after resetting the realm through the Crossways. The reset changed the order the chimes played, but the top left (from the bottom, facing the center from the mini-portal) always turns red and then spawns enemies.
The first realm, it was second of 3 according to the demonstration chimes. The first crystal at the bottom succeeded and then activating the second failed. After the realm reset, it is now first in the demonstration and immediately fails when activated. In both cases, I tried the other crystal options at that point and they also failed (as expected). I have tried activating by hitting E and also shooting with a gun but no change.
This feels like I'm missing something obvious, but I can't figure out what it'd be - I checked the timing and ran back and forth to confirm there are 3 and only 3 chimes, and I made sure to attempt this with the Empyrean buff active (just in case) but neither seems to matter - it's just a standard intellect puzzle as best I can tell.

In my opinion, this is a bug, even though there is a solution. It is extremely non-obvious and only makes sense if you played the very early versions where the pylons connected to the source with blue beams.
SPOILER: The grates in front of the 2 hidden pylons must be lowered first (by blue floor plates like in other puzzles) before the pylons can be activated.
