Height wrong when placing blueprint on blueprint

You can use the build menu to place a foundation, then immediatly use the build menu to place a free-standing structure on top of it like a crafting bench. The bench will not be placed at the correct height, and instead be sunk a little ways into the surface of the foundation. If you perform these steps with the crude stone foundation and a short augment like the sundial the sundial will be completely lost inside the foundation after they are built, and the foundation has to be broken to move the sundial.

UPDATE: Example photo attached. Note that the sundial (lower left) simple workbench (center) and refined workbench (right) were all placed while looking down at the top of the foundation block. It is notable that the three different blueprints were placed at wildly different y offsets from the foundation surface. This suggests an issue with which variables are being used in the calculation of the y coodinate, perhaps improperly using the height of the augment/bench being placed. While the negetive y offset is consistant once the foundation is placed, if the foundation is placed at a different height the augments may be higher or lower in relation to it when attempting to place them.

Steps to Reproduce Use the build menu to place a crude stone foundation, do not complete its construction. Use the build menu to place a freestanding object on top of it. Note how the upper item clips into the lower one.
