Suggesting the ability to tap space while in free fall and auto glide if an umbrella is in your inventory. Umbrella will auto equip and unequip during this action, re-equiping the last tool or item that was toggled upon landing.

definitely would love this to be something you equip in an umbrella slot like your other equipment rather than a tool as it would make gliding a much more seamless and convenient endeavor than it currently is, especially if you're using 2H weapons. the only issue would be how you open the umbrella when it's raining so i guess it would need it's own button.
This would be great, when using the climbing picks, and you run out of stamina, or if your using a 2 hander. Switching to the umbrella quickly is not easy, but this would help a lot.

Due to fall damage prevention and convenience of movement, we are often left with umbrellas at all times, which eliminates the option of using two-handed weapons.
