The new sofa is...a start. But not really useable.

We've been begging for more living related furniture, and I was PUMPED to see that more of that stuff had been added. Really love that, super super appreciate it. That being said, I was pretty disappointed with the Tudor sofa, and honestly all of the new furniture. It's absolutely TINY and very hand-carved looking, and if you also had released furniture that matched the nicer looking furniture as well, that would be alright, but it looks so shabby. Ostensibly you're planning on releasing tier 3 furniture, and I know how involved it is to create assets, but it's a bummer that the only real couch in the game doesn't even match the Tier 2 elegant dining chairs in terms of refinement, and looks pretty bad next to most of the Tier 3 crafting stations.

It's also deeply frustrating that the only option is a very red sofa, which doesn't match a single thing in my base. I feel like I've already had to work so hard to balance colors, and since all of the wood furniture already has completely different wood colors and textures, trying to make rooms feel cohesive is a huge pain. I get that it's Tier 2, but the new Tudor furniture feels so shabby, and doesn't actually work with the Tudor wood colors. On that note, my life for matching gold colors throughout the furniture in the game.

As things progress, it would be INCREDIBLE to be able to impact the furniture with either a similar dye system to the gear, or by using specific materials to get different woods and fabrics. I'd strongly prefer the dye system, as I'd be so excited to be able to pick one or two wood tones and unify the furniture across my base, and pick furniture for shape rather than color. I've lost hours to staring at things and juggling the item limit to make sure there is visual repetition across a space to create cohesion. Item limit is way better now, but I keep sadly re-arranging things trying to make myself like the sofa. Send help.
