Unreachable room in Sylvan's Cradle vault

Sylvan's Cradle vault has an unreachable location. The room has a breakable ceiling (found out only by using grenades), but it's solid stone above. The container or blessing inside can be reached by looking through the holes in the wall and getting in the right position, but otherwise the room is blocked.
