my companions repeately miss inventory items i give to her. i thought this kind of problem where already solved. very annoying

I gave 3 types of wood to my companion, I open the companion inventory and there 2 types are gone. I was in my house on Sylvan Cradle.

Several items are not visible in inventory. Unfortunately these are important food and health restoration items. This makes the game not worth pursuing until these bugs are fixed.
