Abeyance Realm has a "Treasured Item" that is a Recovery Enchantment scroll.
On picking it up, tutorial pop-up said to press P to apply.
I pressed P and got the tech tree panel as expected.
However, it was on an invalid node. See picture.
I did not click on the node but instead exited the menu.

Same issue occurred. Recovery enchantment was already learned prior to pick up the scroll at the POI.
