We had a great time testing whether Major realms or other Minor cards effected Worker's output
It is really cool that Dragon's Hoard effect their output - it is a system unique to Nightingale I'd like to see interact with more systems, please!
I don't know if this is a bug that needs fixing - expand it out - what if the Winter cards made Coal occasionally? What if building an Estate Cairn in a particular Major Realm gave its resources? Antiquarian might drop a little Carved Stone, Astrolabe mechanical pieces, Hunt realms a little hard to get Fabled now and then?
Playing with Minor Cards is a lot more fun than just upgrading Tiers - it is also very Nightingale
Also, I think we need a seperate name for the Worker Management Hub and Estate Cairns - it is two concepts, maybe call them something more distinct?

I like Minor Cards help upgrade workers stations. In case above it help with always grinding for ammo. But I don't want higher Tiers item given way , think those i am should be farmed personality. common item like gems for ammo that grind can get old fast . Which lead to boarded or exhaustion of the game.
